3- Use Fruit
Mixing veggies with fruit is one technique to sneak veggies into a child’s diet. Apples, pineapples, strawberries, and other fruits can be used in a variety of salads. You may sweeten the deal even more by adding raisins. It’s critical, though, that the salad doesn’t consist only of fruit. The secret is to incorporate veggies such as carrots, red onions, and peppers into salads. Sure, the youngsters can attempt to stay away from the veggies, but it won’t be easy. Especially if the fruit and veggies are chopped or sliced into small pieces and mixed together.
Children, in my experience, are excellent at distinguishing between fruits and vegetables. Maintain a tough yet fair tone. It’s ok if they happily try a few bites of veggies and consume all of the fruit. The most essential thing is to start the process.
