1- Start Early
Vegetables should be available from the start. If your children have always eaten veggies, it will be easy to persuade them to do so. Assist them in making veggies a natural part of their diet. If you will call it a habit.
What I can tell you is that this is unquestionably a blunder. From the beginning of my son’s infancy, we haven’t been successful in putting veggies on his plate. We’re fighting an uphill battle with our eldest kid, who is now five years old. That gives you an idea of how early you should begin.
